We've Gone Catty

We've had a bit of cat drama over the past few months but I think it's finally coming to an end.  I'll spare you the whole story but we adopted two cats from a local shelter, one didn't work out (see below) and it took us a while to find another playmate for Lyra (our girl cat).  Good news is the kids love them all and they have brought a lot of joy into our home.

Lyra, aka. Lee-roush (her Russian name)

She is super sweet.

"Magusto" aka. San Mucho Gusto - the new guy.  He is fitting in well, although a little overly excited to make Lyra's acquaintance.

This is Astro, who doesn't live with us anymore.  He was a great kitty but kept peeing where he shouldn't.  We had to bid him goodbye.  He found a wonderful new family with acreage up North so he can roam and pee to his heart's content!

Look that that happy smile!
Isaiah learning "GENTLE."  We probably say this word 100x a day.

Made himself right at home.

Isaiah tries to merge with most things, including cats.

Lyra

This cat really knows how to chill.
